inLIFE Wellness
inLIFE's own Fusion screen platform, rebuilt, with RollCall class boards on top: one system on every studio wall, run centrally across 55+ studios in Australia, New Zealand and the US.

Screens are shown with sample data: member names and class details are illustrative, not real members.
Until a year ago every inLIFE Wellness studio ran its classes on a patchwork of consumer apps. A video player here, a slideshow app there, and an instructor switching between them in the few minutes before a class started. It worked. It did not scale, and it did not do justice to the brand inLIFE has built: what a member saw on the wall depended on whoever had set that particular studio up.
We rebuilt it as Fusion, inLIFE's own in-studio platform, and it now runs on every wall in full inLIFE branding whichever studio you walk into. The day's timetable flows straight from their booking system to the screen, so starting a class is one press from the wall or from the instructor's phone, and everything plays from the studio's own local library, which means an internet outage cannot interrupt a session. Behind it sits the part nobody in a studio ever sees: live heartbeat monitoring from every site, patches pushed across the whole network centrally, and remote support that clears most faults before anyone in the studio notices. A new studio now opens installed, updated and monitored on day one.
Then we rebuilt RollCall, the class board on each studio TV. It now reads straight from Hapana, inLIFE's booking platform, so every board shows the class up next, who is booked, a countdown in the studio's own time zone and the classes coming up, with a Trial tag beside new members so instructors can welcome them by name. If a studio's internet drops, the board keeps its last roster on screen rather than going blank. Each TV keeps its own short link and updates itself, three on-brand styles switch in one click, and a new studio's board is generated from our console in minutes.
