Common questions
Do you come to the house or do I drop it off?
Either. Most setup and tune-up work happens at your place so everything gets tested on your own network and printer. Longer repairs can be a pickup-and-return arrangement.
Windows or Mac?
Both, plus the phones and tablets that need to talk to them.
My computer is eight years old. Worth fixing?
Sometimes. If the bones are good, an SSD and a clean install can genuinely transform it. We'll tell you straight when the money is better put toward a replacement, and we can source one at the right price.
