3D Printing & Custom Parts
Custom-designed, locally printed IT parts: rack mounts, brackets, enclosures and the fittings nobody sells.
Every install eventually meets a problem no catalogue solves: a mini PC that needs to live in a rack, a screen bracket for an odd-shaped wall, a cable pass-through in a size nobody stocks. Rather than bodging it or waiting six weeks for an overseas part, we design it in Fusion 360 and print it here.
We run FDM printing, which suits functional parts: brackets, mounts, enclosures, spacers and jigs in materials chosen for the job, PETG for heat and strength around equipment, PLA for prototypes and non-critical fittings, ASA where UV resistance matters. If you need resin-grade cosmetic detail, we'll tell you and point you elsewhere.
What's included

- Kiosk & signage enclosuresHousings, tablet surrounds and cable-hiding shrouds that make self-service and signage installs look purpose-built rather than improvised.
- Cable management & pass-throughsClips, trays, grommets and brackets sized to your desks, racks and cabinets so the tidy install stays tidy.

Common questions
What does FDM mean, and does it matter?
FDM builds parts by laying down melted plastic filament layer by layer. It's the right process for functional hardware: strong, dimensionally stable and cost-effective. It isn't the right choice for fine cosmetic detail or miniatures, which need resin printing.
Can you print a part if I only have the old broken one?
Usually yes. We measure the original, model it in CAD, and print a replacement, often improved where the original failed. Same goes for a photo plus dimensions if the part is long gone.
Do you sell off-the-shelf parts, or only custom?
Both. Common items like 10-inch rack mounts and access point brackets we can print on demand, no design fee. Anything bespoke is quoted with the design time included up front.
How strong are printed parts really?
Strong enough to hold networking gear, screens and enclosures in service every day. We pick material and wall thickness for the load, and we'll say so plainly when a job calls for metal instead.
