For residential clients on standard Mon–Fri bookings: if we assess your problem and genuinely cannot resolve it, you won't be charged the call-out fee. Business clients are charged standard rates regardless of outcome.
Common Questions
How quickly can you come out?
We offer same-day service across Sydney metro for most issues during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). Book before noon and we'll usually be there the same day. Remote support is available immediately during business hours.
Do you work on weekends?
We are available Saturday and Sunday for emergency callouts via text or WhatsApp. Weekend callouts are charged at a higher after-hours rate and the No Fix, No Fee guarantee does not apply to weekend or after-hours bookings.
What if the problem can't be fixed remotely?
If we can't resolve your issue remotely, we escalate to an on-site visit. The remote fee is credited toward the on-site cost.
How does the No Fix, No Fee guarantee work?
The No Fix, No Fee guarantee applies to residential clients on standard Mon-Fri bookings. If we genuinely cannot fix your problem, you won't be charged the call-out fee. It does not apply to business or enterprise clients, weekend callouts, or after-hours bookings.
Do you quote before starting work?
Always. We provide a clear price estimate before any work begins. There are no surprises on your invoice - what we quote is what you pay.
Can I watch what you're doing during a remote session?
Absolutely. You can see everything we do on your screen in real time. You can also disconnect the session at any moment.
What areas do you cover for on-site visits?
We cover all of Sydney metro and most of NSW. For regional areas, travel fees may apply - we'll always discuss this upfront.
