How do I know if our backup is actually working?
Most businesses discover their backup was broken when they need it most. We implement backup monitoring with daily verification and quarterly restore tests - so you know it works before you need it.
What should we do if we think we've been attacked right now?
Call us immediately. Do not turn devices off (evidence destruction) and do not pay any ransom before speaking to us. We have an incident response process.
How often should security be reviewed?
At minimum annually, but ideally quarterly for businesses handling sensitive data. Any significant infrastructure change should also trigger a security review.
