3D Printing

FDM · Resin · PLA · PETG · ABS · TPU

3D printing bridges the gap between an idea and a physical object. Whether you need a replacement bracket for a household appliance, a custom enclosure for electronics, a detailed architectural model, or a production prototype for your product — we design, slice, and print it. We work with FDM (filament) and resin printers across a wide range of materials to match your requirements.

Price Guide

Small prints from $15 · Medium parts from $45 · Resin prints quoted per model · Design-to-print from $99

Our Process

  1. 1Brief — tell us what you need: function, size, material preference, and quantity
  2. 2Design — we create or refine the 3D model if you don't have a file ready
  3. 3Slice & test — we optimise print settings for quality and material
  4. 4Print — we print, inspect, and post-process the part
  5. 5Deliver — pickup or local delivery arranged

Frequently Asked Questions

What file formats do you accept?

We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP, and most other common 3D file formats. If you only have a sketch or photo, we can model the part from scratch.

How strong are FDM printed parts?

It depends on the material and print orientation. PETG and ABS are strong and impact-resistant. For functional load-bearing parts, we recommend PETG or ASA. TPU is flexible and rubber-like for grips and seals.

Can you print in the exact colour I need?

We stock a wide range of filament colours. For exact colour matching (e.g., RAL or Pantone), we recommend printing in a neutral colour and painting the finished part, which we can also handle.

What's the maximum print size?

Our FDM printers handle up to approximately 300×300×300mm per print. Larger parts can be split and joined. Resin prints are smaller but with finer detail.

Do you do small production runs?

Yes. For runs of 5–100 units, 3D printing is often the most cost-effective option before injection moulding becomes viable. We can quote per-unit pricing for repeat orders.

Why Lucky Logic

We combine 3D printing with our broader design and tech skills. If you need a part modelled from scratch, a prototype iterated quickly, or a small production run, we handle the whole process — not just the printing.
